Q1: How is the product pricing and how to consult prices?

A:We are pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials, dimensions, printing, finishings, quantity, and so on. And you can inquiry by skype, whatsapp, wechat, or send emails to us.

Q2: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

-size of the product or package (Length x Width x Height)

-material and surface finishings (We could advise if you’re not sure)

-printing method (normally offset printing CMYK or Pantone, we could quote CMYK if you’re not sure)

-quantity (how many designs, how many pcs each design)

-EXW price is our usual price term, if you need FOB/CIF price, please let us know more details for quoting.

-If it is possible, please also provide pictures or design sketch for checking. Your samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q3: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

-The popular vectorial ones: PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, EPS.

-Bleeding size: 3-5mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

Q4: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Sample leadtime: usually need 3-7 days. Mass production leadtime usually need 10-15 days. If your order is urgent,we can deliver in about 10 days.

Q5: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products is caused by us, we will provide a replacement or refund service.

Q6: Could you provide samples for test?

A: Yes, we can provide free stock samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges. We can discuss to make dummy sample for free, to test the dimensions.

Q7: How to make payment?

A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alipay, Wechat pay, RMB transfer, etc. We also accept most other convenient methods of payment.
