Q1: How is the product pricing and how to consult prices?

A: We are pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials, dimensions, printing, finishings, quantity, and so on. And you can inquiry by skype, whatsapp, wechat, or send emails to us.

Q2: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)

-material and surface finishings (We could advise if you’re not sure)

-printing colors (could quote 4C if you’re not sure)

-quantity

-EXW price is our usual price term, if you need FOB/CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.

-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q3: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

-The popular vectorial ones: PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, DWG, EPS, SVG, PS, WMF.

-Bleed size: 3mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

Q4: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Sample leadtime: usually needs 3 days. Mass production leadtime usually needs 10 days. If your order is urgent, we can deliver in about 7 days. And sample in 1 day.

Q5: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

Q6: Could you provide samples for test?

A: Yes, we can provide free stock samples for customers, but customer should bear the freight charges.

Q7: How to make payment?

A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alipay, Wechat pay, RMB transfer, etc. We also accept most other convenient methods of payment.
